Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Professional Meditation Teacher Gary Halperin will gently teach you everything you need to know to start a Relaxation Meditation practice. Once you begin and experience how easy and relaxing the practice is, you will be drawn to meditate on a daily basis. Relaxation Meditation is designed for brand New Beginners to meditation, anyone who wants to learn a method to relax, and people who have taken other meditation trainings, such as Transcendental Meditation or Mindfulness Meditation, and find that they are not meditating on a daily basis.
Initial 90 minute session plus 30 minute follow-up session.
