In this session Dr. Palmer will go over your chief concerns, your health history, wellness goals, and answer any questions you may have about Complementary Oriental Medicine. She will evaluate and identify patterns of imbalance and develop an individual treatment plan for your path to improved wellness which may include acupuncture, herbal/nutritional/vitamin injection recommendations, manual therapies, lifestyle and movement therapy suggestions.

In subsequent follow-up sessions, Dr. Palmer will discuss your progress, any changes in your health. Your individually customized Acupuncture treatment experience is based on your current needs, treatment plan, and future health goals. Each acupuncture session builds upon previous sessions to help rebalance your body’s systems to continue your healing journey to gain optimal health.

These tiny herbal Vaccaria seeds are applied to specific acupuncture points on the ear to extend the treatment effects of your acupuncture session. These topically applied seeds remain in place for 2-3 days stimulating the auricular acupuncture points between treatment sessions. They are held in place by miniature fabric adhesive bandages and can be self-stimulated with pressure at any time.  Their placement is customized to your particular area of concern.
